I am writing to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation at the beach house. Even more importantly I want you to know the Ritchie's were wonderful. Their professional, friendly, attention to details made our stay more smooth. They made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They made contact with us more than once throughout the week to check and see how things were. We were also able to utilize Capt. Ritchie's guide service and had a wonderful time. I realize in the Real Estate industry we sometimes only hear the negatives..........it is always good to hear the positives! This was our second trip to the beach house and won't be our last.

We had a wonderful trip to Captiva. We could not have imagined a more perfect trip. The house was great. Todd was extremely helpful. The island was so much fun - the teens had a great time as did the adults. If I could figure out how to make a living down there, we would move - unfortunately, no one appears to need a therapist there - it's too tranquil.
Again, thank you for use of the house. It was lovely.

We spent five beautiful nights at the Sea Air house on North Captiva Island and can't say enough about it. The house is very clean and large - we slept 14 people quite comfortably. The views of the ocean from the main floor are gorgeous and the location cannot be beaten. Our family had the time of our lives and we're already planning our trip there next year.

I wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely fabulous vacation at the Sea Air Beach House. The island was amazing. We saw turtles, and dolphins and manatees. We loved how laid back everything was. The house was beautiful.Best beach location on the island, we thought. The club was great for the kids, and the pool bar was great for us. We just had the best time and wanted to say thanks.

We had a perfect vacation at this house. The location could not be better, right on a quiet and beautiful beach. We fished and watched the sunset outside the home every day. Our children also loved the hot tub.
And we loved the club pool, where we spent hours every day.
